Typical 0.08–0.15. Bigger kerf = tighter joints. Set 0 for a loose, easy-glue fit.

3 · Box style
Sliding lid only — the grip lip sticking out of the box front.
4 · Compartments
Interlocking half-lap divider strips dropped into the box — no glue needed. Set both to 1 for none. Cell sizes shown in the summary.
5 · Generate
- SVG uses real mm units with 0.1 mm red hairlines — drop straight into LightBurn / RDWorks / K40 Whisperer.
- DXF is R12 line entities (layer CUT) for CAD workflows.
- Sliding lid: slide the lid in from the front until its shoulders click against the groove stops. A drop of wax makes it glide.
