108 original multi-layer Christmas designs, drawn in-house and validated for clean cut paths. Gonks, baubles, glowing lanterns, santas, reindeer, trees, wall plaques, working clock faces & slot-together stand-ups. Every design includes colour-coded layers (one per plywood sheet) plus blue score details — glue up beautiful 3D makes for gifts, markets & fairs. Free for your commercial makes.
Gonk layers: L1 is the full backing silhouette; L2 adds the hat and beard panels; L3 adds the raised nose, moustache and themed details.
We don't re-host other makers' files — instead here's a curated shortlist of reputable free sources. Always check each file's licence before selling physical products.

Use DXF for LightBurn, RDWorks, AutoCAD and most CNC software. Use SVG for Glowforge, xTool Creative Space, Cricut and vinyl cutters. Both are included for every design.
Each file holds every layer side-by-side on colour-coded cut layers: CUT_1 (red) is the back piece, CUT_2 (orange) the middle, CUT_3 (green) the front. Cut one of each from 3 mm ply, then stack and glue 1 → 2 → 3 — windows and scores line up automatically. Blue = score/engrave decoration.
Cut the L1 sheet (4 inner walls, base, lid, 4 posts) and the L2 sheet (4 patterned outer walls). Glue each patterned wall to an inner wall, then glue the four double-walls to the corner posts, base and lid. Pop an LED tealight (never a real flame) inside.
Clocks need a standard quartz clock movement + hands (shaft through the 10 mm centre hole). Stand-ups are slot-together, no glue — the figure tab pushes into the base slot; a dab of glue makes it permanent.
Designed for 3 mm plywood, MDF or acrylic. Lantern posts, stand-up slots and clock centres all assume 3 mm — measure your sheet and cut a kerf test first.
Yes — that's the fun part! Paint or stain each layer before glue-up for crisp colour separation: e.g. dark back, natural middle, white front. Lightly sand edges first for a clean finish.
Yes — physical products made with these original Laserworks files can be sold (Etsy, markets, client work). You just can't resell or redistribute the digital files themselves.
That's kerf + material variance — sheets are often 2.8–3.2 mm, not 3.0. Measure yours, cut a test slot in scrap, then scale the base slot slightly. A nail file fixes minor tightness.
